Veronica Green
As Founder and CEO of Exhibition Care, I’ve dedicated the past 20 years to immersing myself in nearly every facet of the art world, gaining a comprehensive understanding of each role and responsibility within it. This hands-on experience has shaped the way I lead and collaborate with my team. I believe that true leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of what it means to be a follower, and in being open to learning new perspectives and problem-solving approaches from diverse viewpoints. At my former company, McGregor Wright Services, I worked directly across all areas of our operations, which gave me invaluable insights into the most effective ways to delegate responsibilities and optimize workflows. Building on that foundation, I created and trained an outstanding team at Biennale Services SRLS, empowering them to manage the company’s core services with excellence and independence. Today, as Founder and CEO of Exhibition Care, my focus is on client acquisition, relationship management, strategic support, and fostering team cohesion. For me, cultivating a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose is essential to achieving exceptional outcomes. Exceeding expectations, rather than simply meeting them, is the driving force behind everything I do. Exhibition Care represents the culmination of two decades of learning and growth, delivering an elevated exhibition experience that our clients rely on time and again.

With a foundation in art history and a deep understanding of the critical need to preserve and enhance cultural assets, I have carried this approach into my leadership role at Biennale Services. In less than three years, I have gained extensive experience across key areas, including security and mediation services, ticketing operations, client and guest reception, bookshop management, guided tours, staff leadership, client relations, and team development. My approach is always driven by a commitment to excellence—ensuring that every project is thoroughly understood, with no detail left to chance. I hold firmly to the belief that form should serve substance, and that all work must be executed with precision, professionalism, and passion. Exhibition Care has provided me the platform to leverage these skills and elevate service and client engagement to new heights. The rapid growth of Biennale Services has laid a strong foundation for my role as Director of Exhibition Care to thrive.

As Exhibition Manager and Coordinator for Exhibition Care my role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth and successful execution of international and national exhibitions and events. Roles include, job applications, team management, team coordination, performance management, training and development and behind the scenes coordination.
Deputy Manager Veneto Region
Valentina Holguin
As Duty Manager of Exhibition Care I oversee the operations of art exhibitions in the Veneto region. This includes managing staff, ensuring the smooth operations of the exhibitions, maintaining high standards of visitor experience, and coordination with various stakeholders. My roles include Exhibition Management, Staff Management, Visitor Experience, Operational Coordination, Compliance and Safety.
Deputy Manager Lombardia Region
Eleonora DiLenardo
As Duty Manager for Exhibition Care, I oversee the daily operations of the exhibition, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and staff. This includes managing ticketing operations, addressing and resolving issues, supervising staff, and overseeing the bookshop. The role demands strong organisational skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to troubleshoot in real time.
Roles include, staff management, Ticket Operations, Problem Solving, Bookshop Oversight and General Administration.
